The Vardy Property Group is located in the area known as Aykley Heads just on the outskirts of Durham city near County Hall.

From the North:

• Travelling from North follow A1 South until you reach turn off for Chester le Street (A167) at junction 63. Follow A167 to Durham.
• On approaching Durham you will arrive at a large roundabout showing Arnison Centre and Pity Me.
• Take second exit signed Pity Me, continue this road approximately 3 miles.
• After passing the Salutation Pub on your left, you reach a roundabout; take first towards Aykley Heads / Police Headquarters.
• When you will reach a mini-roundabout, take second exit.
• Take a left immediately before Bistro 21, second right into Aykley Heads business centre.
• We are situated between Premier Waste and the Chamber of Commerce.

From the South:

• Travelling from South follow A1M North until you reach turn off for Durham (A690) at junction 62.
• Remain on the A690 into Durham crossing over two major roundabouts.
• At the third roundabout turn right travel up a steep hill along Framwellgate Peth.
• Continue over the next major roundabout at the top of the hill turn onto Dryburn Road (B6532), County Hall is situated on your right.
• Continue along Dryburn Road past the hospital on your left until you reach a roundabout at which point you should turn right.
• Follow signs for Police Headquaters
• When you reach a mini roundabout take the second exit where you will see Bistro 21 on the corner.
• Take a left before you get to the Bistro, Sport England will be on your left.
• Take second right, signed Aykley Heads Business Centre; we are situated between Premier Waste and the Chamber of Commerce.

By train:

• Durham main line station is situated just outside Durham City centre and either take a 5-10 minute taxi-ride, or a 20-25 brisk walk (mostly uphill) towards the Vardy Group offices at Aykley Heads.

By air:

• Durham is serviced by two airports Newcastle Airport to the North and Durham Tees Valley South, both airports are approximately a 30-40 minute journey away by car.

By bus:

• Aykley Heads is well served by all the local bus companies and included in all their main routes.
