Edis House

Edis House is the smallest building on Eagle Court and is located on the Western side of the courtyard with frontage to De Haviland Avenue, the main spine road between Eagle Court and Wellington Court.

The building is constructed of steel portal frame with full height brick cladding under a profile metal clad roofing system and incorporating translucent roof lights. The premises have solid concrete floors with a floor loading of 25KN/sq m. The internal eaves height to the warehouse is approximately 6m and is accessed from the rear loading yard via a single roller shutter door.
