GLF House

GLF House is the smallest building on Wellington Court and is located on the Western side of the courtyard with frontage to Moss Way linking directly onto Concorde Way, the main arterial route through Preston Farm.

The building is constructed of steel portal frame with full height brick cladding under a profile metal clad roofing system and incorporating translucent roof lights. The premises have solid concrete floors with a floor loading of 25KN/sq m. The internal eaves height to the warehouse is approximately 6m and is accessed from the rear loading yard via a single roller shutter door.

The unit provides office accommodation to the front of the premises with fenestration to the front elevation and partial fenestration down the respective side elevations to the office accommodation.
